Authorization of a Referral
** ANY AND ALL REFERRALS THAT ARE TO BE OFFICIALLY GIVEN CREDIT FOR UNDER THE TECHPOINT CONSULTING, LLC. REFERRAL PROGRAM MUST BE DOCUMENTED AND AGREED TO BY THE REFERRED CLIENT IN THE INITIAL CONTRACT SIGNED BY THAT CLIENT. IF REFERRED CLIENT WISHES TO GIVE CREDIT TO MORE THAN ONE REFERRER, THEN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ALL TECHPOINTS (REFERRAL DISCOUNTS) WILL BE SPLIT AND DISTRIBUTED EQUALLY BETWEEN EACH DOCUMENTED REFERRER. IF THERE IS NO DOCUMENTATION OF THE REFERRAL IN THE INITIAL CONTRACT, THEN TECHPOINT CONSULTING, LLC.
